Morning heart rate - 47. Walked 6 miles on trail. On the fifth mile (measured), I walked an eleven minute mile. I believe that ties my fastast time for that distance. This is the first time I have timed myself since late May. Total miles todate - 730. Next town west on Route 50 is Seymour , IN.
